Monopole 2, 3, 4
Monopoles #2, #3, #4: Monopole #2 is slated for a wetland behind Coolidge Commons,189 Boston Post Road, and would be a large new industrial presence to all who live there, and at Landham Crossing and anyone driving on BPR. The towers’ fall zone includes federally protected open space. These poles are in District 4 – Senator Barrett’s District. You can call the Senator if you are displeased about the Eversource project.
Monopole #3 – Approx. 100 feet from Landham Rd and close to the homes you see on Landham Road. Home buyers intending to use an FHA or VA loan can’t look at any house within the fall zone of the towers as these loans would not be approved for such a property. (District 4 – Senator Barrett)
Monopole #4 is roughly 100 feet from the back of Sudbury Automotive Gas station on the corner of Landham and Boston Post Road. The homes on Landham Road have a new industrialized view. (District 4 – Senator Barrett)
If there is anyone left who thinks they won’t see these monstrosities because they “don’t live near them” take a moment and help them understand the horrendous scope of the Eversource transmission line project on our town. 85 more poles to go…
Monopole 5
Monopole #5: is slated for a wetland behind B’nai Torah, 225 Boston Post Road. If there is anyone left who thinks they won’t see these monstrosities because they “don’t live near them” take a moment and help them understand the horrendous scope of the project on our town. (District 4 – Senator Barrett) (towers #6, #7, #8, and #9 are also pictured)
Monopole 15
Monopole #15 : Did you like your view dining at Lotus Blossom before? Were you content getting your morning Dunkins without the hum of transmission lines? E plans on ruining that. All trees in an 82 foot wide span will be cleared. 100′ steel monopole w/ wires will hover over the little station house, Mathnasium, Lotus Blossom, residents of Maple Avenue, and anyone who drives down Boston Post Road and Station Road. More photos like this one below are in progress so folks have a real idea of the monopole march across Sudbury. If there is anyone left who thinks they won’t see these monstrosities because they “don’t live near them” take a moment and help them understand the horrendous scope of the project on our town. Stay tuned..
But how high is a monopole?
