The board of PS, Inc. have begun meeting with our attorney on a biweekly basis to ensure that he and we have the most up-to-date information regarding our mutual efforts. This also allows us to be flexible and tweak our strategy according to breaking events. We continue our efforts to schedule a meeting as soon as possible with Eversource to discuss alternatives to their current proposal. In addition, we are continuing to coordinate our efforts with the Town and Town counsel in opposition to the project as proposed.

We need your help to maintain effective legal support to oppose this project in Sudbury. If you haven’t donated to the fund yet, please donate whatever you can. We cannot allow this needless destruction of our Town’s natural assets.

As a side note, PS, Inc. has garnered some notoriety around the country for our efforts and organization. Not surprisingly, there are many communities struggling with mega-utilities and they have been reaching out to us for our help and advice. Most recently, the PS legal team has been consulting with a group from New Jersey called Residents Against Giant Electric (“R.A.G.E.”) who would like to set up their group and use PS, Inc. as the model. We are happy to help our brothers and sisters fighting the good fight in New Jersey…Go RAGE!
