Join Protect Sudbury and WBUR on December 7 

wburProtect Sudbury friends are helping out at the WBUR fundraiser on Wednesday, December 7, 8:00am to 10:30am.  WBUR will thank Protect Sudbury on the air during the fundraiser, and mention PS on the WBUR  Volunteer Groups and Businesses page. 

Volunteers help answer phone calls during on-air fundraisers, and help callers make donations over the phone. Some computer literacy is necessary, but WBUR provides all the training you’ll need when you arrive.

Food is provided, parking is free, and we get a behind-the-scenes tour of WBUR!

A few notes about the sign-up process:
  • On the sign-up page, WBUR asks for your first and last name, then your company or group name, and then your address. Complete the sign-up form one time, using your home address (not your company/group address). 
  • Please enter Protect Sudbury as your group name.
  • Be sure to select the 8:00am to 10:30am time slot.
  • Be sure to click Continue at the bottom of the sign-up page to reach the Confirmation page
  • Click the link on the Confirmation page to create a username and password. It’s important to do this before you attend your first volunteer shift.
