Update from Susan Iuliano Chair, Sudbury BOS

The Sudbury and Hudson Boards of Selectmen met recently in executive session. Although the comments and issues discussed are not public, we can state that the meeting was productive and that our two towns are committed to working together in the Siting Board litigation.  We also have had conversations, through our liaisons, with the Stow Board of Selectmen, who are supportive of our cause.

The town of Sudbury continues to invest in the opposition to the Eversource proposal.  We are continuing our efforts to help Sudbury’s voice be heard in the political sphere.  Further, we are advancing our preparation for litigation, working with counsel and various experts.  As always, we support the critical efforts of Protect Sudbury and appreciate how our teamwork is enhancing the town’s ability to fight the Eversource project.
